How to: Pause your Live Transfer Calls

How to pause Live Transfer Leads

Pausing your live transfer leads on iLife.tech can help you manage your incoming leads more effectively. Follow the step by step instructions below to easily pause or unpause your live transfer lead calls.

Step 1: Log in to iLife.tech

Open your preferred web browser and go to the iLife.tech website. Click "Login" in the lower left hand corner. Enter your phone number to get your verification code to access your CRM.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

Once you are logged in, look for "Account" in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. Click on "Account" to reveal a pop- up menu, and then select "Account Settings."

Step 3: Access Live Transfers Tab

In the Account Settings section, you will see various tabs related to different aspects of your account. Look for the tab labeled "Live Transfers" and click on it. This tab is where you'll find the option to pause or unpause your live transfers.

Step 4: Pause or Unpause Your Live Transfers

Within the "Live Transfers" tab, you'll see a button that allows you to pause or unpause your live transfers.

  • If your live transfers are currently active and you want to pause them, click on the "Pause" button. The button will turn grey, indicating that your live transfers are now paused.

  • If your live transfers are already paused and you want to resume receiving leads, click on the "Unpause" button. The button will turn green, indicating that your live transfer calls are active again.

Remember:

  • A grey button indicates that your live transfers are paused.

  • A green button indicates that your live transfers are active and leads are being transferred.
