How to Call and Review Call Recordings/Transcriptions

Communicate with clients using iLife: call, listen to recordings, view and edit transcripts with ease.

Learn how to call clients, listen to call recordings, view call transcripts, and edit call transcripts within the iLife platform. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to effectively communicate with your clients and manage call-related activities.

How to Call Clients

1. Make sure you are logged into the platform and are in the "Client Pipeline" tab.

☝️ Expand and collapse the menu on the left by clicking on the green arrow.

2. Click on a "Client Name" to view the Client Details.

3. While in a Client Details, click on the Phone icon to call a contact.

☝️ The call will automatically be recorded and transcribed.

4. To end the call, select the Phone icon.

How to Listen to Call Recordings

1. Log into the iLife platform and select the "Client Pipeline" tab.

2. Click on a "Client Name" to view the Client Details.

3. While in a Client Details, click on the "Call History" tab.

4. Click the "Play Button" ▶ to listen to the audio recording.

By clicking on the overflow menu represented by 3 dots in the call recording, you can also:

  • Download the audio file

  • Change the playback speed

How to View Call Transcripts

1. Log into the iLife platform and select the "Client Pipeline" tab.

2. Click on a "Client Name" to view the Client Details.

3. While in a Client Details, click on the "Call History" tab

4. Click on “Transcript” on the far right side of the call you want to view the transcript for.

5. You can make any changes to the transcript from this window.

❗You may need to scroll to the right to view the Transcript link depending on your monitor resolution.

How to Edit Call Transcripts:

1. Log into the iLife platform and select the "Client Pipeline" tab.

2. Click on a "Client Name" to view the Client Details.

3. While in the Client Details, click on the "Call History" tab

4. Click on “Transcript” on the far right side of the call you want to view the transcript for.

Please note that depending on your monitor size, you may need to scroll to the right to view the Transcript link.

5. Click the Pencil to open the edit screen.

6. Make your edits and select "Save" to apply.
