How to Send Email Templates

Click on “email campaigns” in your menu under the Marketing Hub tab.

From there, you can select pre-written emails and adjust them as needed. Below, I have chosen "Leads: Introduction"

Name your campaign and select the campaign list you would like to contact. The campaign name is an internal name that your clients will not see.

Once you have named your campaign and decided on a subject, you need to select the contact list who will receive the email.

Then, you can edit the email however you need.


NOTE* The tags will automatically fill with your information. If you edit a tag, it will not work correctly.

Finally, review your selections and press send!

You can write your own emails, select an email from a template, save emails as drafts, and keep track of the emails you have previously sent. See your previously sent emails under the "sent emails" tab.
