1. What exactly are these leads?

Our leads are prospects that have expressed interest in purchasing life insurance or medicare and requested to speak with an agent.

These are live transfer leads. Our specialists have pre-qualified and have them live on the phone, ready to connect them to you during the times you selected as available.

2. What happens if I miss a Call?

It is important that you answer the phone when a transfer agent calls with a lead for you. When you miss a call the lead is given to another agent. If you repeatedly miss calls then you will no longer be prioritized. If you know you are unable to answer a call, you can text customer success at (424)-757-6346.

3. Can you guarantee the lead will turn into a sale?

Although each lead has been rigorously verified as a qualified lead, we cannot guarantee each one will end in a sold policy.

To get the most out of your incoming leads, we recommend:

  • Preparing your script

  • Practice before receiving calls

  • Increase your sample size

  • Adjust your script as needed

4. What distinguishes your leads from others on the market?

5. When will I receive my leads?

iLife leads are different from other leads in that they are not just a spreadsheet. These are live, active leads who are on the phone waiting to speak with an agent. Make sure to select the data and time when you want to receive leads and to keep that time free. If needed, you can pause leads when you are unavailable.

6. How do you qualify leads?

Our specialists have asked pre-qualifying questions over the phone to certify these leads are eligible and interested in life insurance.

7. How do the leads work?
​

Leads will be automatically assigned to agents who have purchased the lead package and are licensed in the state the prospect is in.

8. How can I make sure I am set up to purchase the lead packages?
​

After purchasing, make sure you have filled out the Live Transfer form where you set your states, hours of operation, and the insurance type of leads you'd like to receive. You will receive this form via email after purchase. You also must maintain an available balance for purchased leads in your account.
